Description
COPPER PASTE is a copper paste that forms an effective separating layer between metal surfaces from – 40 ° C to + 900 ° C, briefly up to + 1200 ° C, and thus prevents pitting. The paraffin-based base oil works up to a temperature of 280 ° C and above this the lubrication is ensured by the copper particles. AREA OF APPLICATION:
Assembly paste for all types of screws, threads and press fits. Has proven itself in applications with high thermal and mechanical loads: e.g. exhaust screw connections, turbochargers, press fits, threads and screws in superheated steam valves, fittings in superheated steam installations, etc.
NOTICE:
Not suitable for roller bearings or high-speed sliding bearings.
