Our comprehensive range of Thick-Thin chainrings is proudly designed, refined and manufactured in our machine shop in Cape Town.
CNC machines offer near-perfect accuracy which is why we chose this manufacturing process for our chainrings.
Each chainring starts as a block of high-end aluminum, is then machined out of the solid plate before passing through our inhouse anodising finishing process which boosts its surface durability.
The final product offers structural superiority and higher levels of precision than chainrings which undergo the forged manufacturing process.
The overall result is a stronger, quieter, more efficient and longer-lasting chainring to keep you rolling.
