HPD intercooler kit is Specific to Colorado Early Model built 2012-22 Oct 2013.
This kit suits throttle body types on vehicles built up to MY 2013 with a pneumatic diaphragm with an aluminum intake manifold. Kit part number IK-HC2-F suits models MY 2014 onwards with electronic solenoid on the throttle body and plastic intake manifold. Please see the images to confirm which model is required.
HPD’s 4WD intercooler kit is designed to give an increase in performance, reliability, and consistent and sustainable power. HPD has also designed a transmission cooler kit to bolt in with our HPD intercooler, helping to maintain lower transmission temperatures with those increased loads while towing.
By reducing inlet temperatures with the HPD intercooler kit you will see great improvements with engine tuning in most cases you will see up to 30% more power and torque with supporting modifications.
